Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom on the raised ground floor apartment located in the heart of London. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with superfast Wi-Fi.

With Kensington High Street tube station just a 10-minute walk away, you will have easy access to some of London’s top attractions, including Westfield Shopping Centre, Notting Hill, Portobello Market, and Kensington Palace/Hyde Park, among others.

Other details to note
- The service supplement for check-in before 3pm and after 8pm, subject to availability, is ÂŁ65, to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
- The service supplement for check-out between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm, is ÂŁ65, available only if there are no check-outs on the same day.

- In case there are particular needs to stay in the apartment beyond the times indicated above, please add another night at the time of booking.

-The apartment is located on the Ground floor

- Only one set of keys will be provided.

- At the beginning of the stay we will provide you with everything you need.

- Additional toilet paper, kitchen rolls or coffee pods will be charged to the guest.

- Each additional change (sheets and towels) is subject to payment. The service costs ÂŁ30 per set.

If keys are lost or forgotten in the apartment, a re-keying fee will be charged, which can range from ÂŁ 60 during the day to ÂŁ120 at night. Additionally, if a specialist needs to be called in, the cost of the specialist's invoice will also be charged.

- There is a charge for a cleaning service during your stay.
Please request this in advance.

- A travel cot is available for an additional charge of ÂŁ70.

Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. The maximum number of guests is 4. Please ensure these rules are adhered to, otherwise bookings may be cancelled without refund.

The property was lovely and very close to all public transport. It was very easy to get any where from there. The owner was ver6 responsive and we had every thing we needed. We would stay here again.

I booked this property through VRBO expecting a relaxing, stress-free family trip, but it turned into a total headache. Leading up to our stay, I reached out to the host multiple times to share my arrival time as I had a long flight and was travelling with young children. Despite agreeing upon a time, the host was unavailable to check us in when we arrived. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours on the street before gaining access to the property, which was incredibly inconvenient. The listing states that you can drop off your luggage if the apartment is not yet ready, but that was not the case. However, the biggest issue was that the listing states it is furnished with two king beds. The pictures also suggest that it is a king-sized bed. Unfortunately, it was not a king, and I brought this up to the person who checked me in. They mentioned they would alert management, but nothing was done. Worst of all, I realized they had put two twin mattresses together and covered them with a fitted sheet. This made for an extremely uncomfortable sleeping situation for five straight nights. I never received a response from the host and have asked for VRBO customer support to deal with this matter. This is a dishonest and misleading listing, and it is extremely unprofessional of the host to not acknowledge the issue. I am hoping VRBO customer support can rectify this situation and ensure such problems do not occur for future guests.
