Estudio recientemente renovado en Kensington

Recientemente renovado, el apartamento está amueblado en estilo contemporáneo con un alto nivel. La renovación incluye nuevos pisos de madera de roble, una nueva cama king size, nuevas unidades de cocina, ventanas de doble panel a prueba de sonido, una gran televisión montada en la pared y un nuevo baño que cuenta con un inodoro de estilo japonés. Estándares de lujo, edificio seguro con portería, increíble ubicación en el centro de Londres con fácil acceso al autobús (la parada está justo afuera del edificio) y estaciones de metro a un corto paseo, las estaciones de metro más cercanas son Kensington High street y Notting Hill. Este es un apartamento ideal para alojarse. Antes de la renovación en 2018, los huéspedes se jactaban de la excelente ubicación y de un apartamento encantador. Ahora está renovado y tiene un nivel de calidad de hasta 5 estrellas. Ropa de cama y toallas limpias y frescas incluidas, cerca del transporte público, una cama King y un sofá cama. No fumar. Supermercado y Whole Foods a dos minutos a pie. Un montón de restaurantes en la zona. Esta área es asombrosa. Te ofrece una infinidad de opciones para comer y eres vecino del Príncipe William y la Princesa Kate. Kensington Gardens está a un par de minutos a pie.

Kensington stay

Lina was a great host, always available when needed. Check in and check out was very easy. Flat was clean and in a great location with grocery, shops and tube station nearby.

Great place to stay

Very centrally located near Circle Line—10 minutes walk. Clean and modern. Great bed and quiet. Best part was the host, Lina, who was very responsive. Grocery and several nice restaurants nearby. Nice washer/dryer. We would stay there again in a minute!

Cozy and convenient

Enjoyed our time there. Good location, convenient access to public transportation, groceries, eateries, etc. Lina was very helpful, and we appreciated arriving to find some snacks and basics for breakfast on hand. We definitely recommend this property.

Great Place

My husband and I stayed at Lina's for 4 weeks. Lina was very attentive and anticipated our needs. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a 'home away from home.' This is a super location and you are able to walk to everything. We would stay there again.

Property was as described and v comfortable for 2. Lina allowed us to check in early which was v helpful after an overnight flight. She checked with us regularly even though we had no issues- v considerate. Location is excellent.

Ideal location

Loved staying at Lina's flat. Best location for walking around London to see the many sites. Lina was very good at communicating and was always available if needed. Highly recommend booking her flat.

This is a beautiful flat in a great part of the city. Clean, modern, and comfortable, it’s close to good restaurants, super markets, and two tube stations that give easy access to all of London. Highly recommended.

Nice flat, perfect location.

Facilities were wonderful for a one week stay in London. Close to 2 Tube stops, right next to Kensington Palace Gardens. Shopping, groceries and restaurants within a few blocks. Very comfortable place to stay. Full size washer and dryer were great to have. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in London. Thanks Lina!

Great Location!

Stayed for a week with our 12 year old daughter. The apartment was very comfortable and well supplied. The owner was very helpful. Highlights included just a short walk to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. There are 2 tube stations within walking distance, which made it very convenient for getting around. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

Kensington Gardens at Your Doorstep

We had a wonderful stay at Lina's flat. Lina was an excellent host--the apartment was perfect and had all the comforts of home. The location was so close to Kensington Gardens that we did not even have to cross a street to enter the Gardens. The neighborhood is lively with shops, good restaurants and easy access to buses and London underground. We highly recommend this apartment.

My husband and I have lived in London 5 different times for 3 month each time, so we know London pretty well. This was a nostalgia trip and flat was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent! The flat was quiet and safe. Lina was a wonderfully helpful host. We fully intend on another visit to London in a year, and this is our number one choice of property to let. Can't wait to return!

Gem in the perfect location

I am thrilled that I chose this property to stay in for the week for myself and two teenagers. It was super clean, had everything we needed and the location can’t be any better. Close to shopping, public transport (tube and bus) restaurants and grocery stores. It’s minutes walk from Kensington palace and Hyde park which I walked through in the mornings for some peace and nature - nice way to get to Harrods! We spent every day exploring the city and it was easy and peaceful to be back in this part of London each night. It’s a quiet and beautiful neighborhood - nice for a stroll and cool, traditional pubs. Lina the property manager is extremely responsive, organized and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall and would recommend this to any single, couple or small family like ours. True gem in London!

Excellent in every way!

Ideal location from city center, upscale, clean and quiet area. Near to Kensington Palace, restaurants, pubs, churches and even Whole Foods. Access to Tour buses within 10/15 walking distance. The flat was completely adequate for a couple and in a secure building. Lina, the property manager was superb - before and during stay. She was always easy to be in contact with and responded quickly to every question and request. I recommend this property highly.

Perfect Stay in Kensington

Lina’s apartment provided everything I could want for a solo stay of a month in London: a great location, security, cleanliness, fast wi-fi, and a shower with good water pressure. Convenient to two Tube stops (High Street Kensington and Notting Hill Gate) and buses #9 and #10; all of London was open to me. A footpath took me right into Kensington Palace Gardens, which were a delight to spend time in. Lina was friendly and helpful (especially one night when a fuse blew and she came right over). The kitchen and table to eat at is quite small, but worked for re-heating and refrigeration, and that was all I required. I’d definitely stay here again.

City Haven

We were in London for 8 days and Lina’s apartment was,a perfect fit for us. Communication was easy and clear. She was there to greet us and to show us the amenities of the apartment which was well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. The apartment proved to be a great location for easy access to the tube and in walking distance for so many parks, shops, restaurants and places of historical signifcance. Lina supplied us with sufficient fresh fruits, coffee, tea, bread and other supplies to get us started on our 8 day stay in London. She also graciously had a lovely flower arrangement to acknowledge my 75th birthday. Perfect hostess. Perfect apartment. Perfect location. Who could ask for more? S and J

Very well-appointed pied-a-terre in Kensington

More than a studio, this property had a very nice, modernized bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and Japanese-style toilet, and a tiny but functional kitchen. A very comfortable bed and seating area furnished the main room, with lots of storage room. The building, with a doorman on duty, is equally convenient to Notting Hill and Kensington High Street underground stations, with a bus stop just outside and within an easy walk to coffee shoos, restaurants and shopping. A short five minute walk brought us into leafy Kensington Gardens. Lina had thought of every traveler’s need, down to a sewing kit! Her communications made us feel welcome before and throughout our visit. She and her assistant could not have been more helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe and convenient London location. When our travels take us to London again we’ll definitely stay here.

Hello. I have been living in London for the last 18 years. I love London. Living close to both parks, the restaurants and museums, I always keep busy with everything London has to offer.

The area is one of the best to live in London. It is close to the two parks: Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The flat is situated in Kensington. You can walk to Notting Hill, Bayswater, Holland Park and Knightsbridge. It is also close to the museums and shopping. Bus stop is just outside the front door. Kensington Station is 5 minutes walk away and Notting Hill Station is 8 minutes walk. Supermarket is steps away as well as Whole Foods (just at the end of the road). Restaurants are aplenty in this area as well as the local supermarket if you decide to use the kitchenette in the flat. The apartment is very safe and benefits from a daytime concierge.
