Lovely apartment, recently redecorated, located on the Fairviews section of the Boavista Golf and Leisure resort.


The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 bath, 1 shower), a well-maintained kitchen and comfortable living room, and is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

On the 1st floor, it has a balcony which overlooks the pool area to which guests have free access to, and to the Monchique mountains beyond.

The resort has a wonderful health & leisure complex with indoor pool, gym and Spa to which clients can arrange membership to.

Also, a children's play area, tennis courts as well as the 18-hole golf course and driving range.

There is plenty of parking outside the property.

NOTE: The rates listed for Winter Lets are valid between Nov - March and for a minimum of 3 months rental. For other months/ duration of stay rates will differ.

Difficult to fault

Everything finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Everything you need. Lovely quiet pool with loungers always available. Gym reasonably priced at the Boavista Golf Resort. 10 minute drive to Lagos, supermarkets and beaches. Communication with the property manager was also excellent.

Heerlijk ruim appartement (2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers) met prima keuken, van alle gemakken voorzien en balkon.Toegang tot zwembad middels pasje, werkt prima. Alleen bedden een beetje hard.
