The apartment is located in a quiet area, located on the second floor of a building with communal pool which is accessed via the garage, there is access to sun loungers in high season, large roof terrace and elevator. The first thing that meets you is a spacious hallway adjoining the large living / dining room with doors leading out to a large balcony overlooking the communal pool area. In the living room there is a large dining table with seating for up to 6 people and a sofa group and a living room table. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.Also is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, stove with four plates, fridge / freezer, oven and micro. Two bedrooms each with two single beds, bedside tables and bedside lamp. Master bedroom has exit to small balcony overlooking Meia Praia, good with storage space. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower cubicle and the other a bath, both have a bidet.It is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi access free of charge.Recently a Chinese restaurant opened in the area near the apartment.
