Charming one-bedroom apartment with direct access to a shared garden, suitable for up to 2 adults + 2 children under 14 years old.
The apartment is uniquely decorated in a style that blends modern and retro elements.
The property consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom equipped with a toilet, bathtub with integrated shower, sink, and bidet, as well as a cozy living area with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, which offers direct access to the shared garden.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
A washing machine is also available in the apartment.
The charming shared garden allows you to enjoy the warm summer months outdoors in the Dolomites.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed by climbing a few steps.
Free Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided.
House No. 7 offers stylish holiday apartments just a short walk from Ortisei's charming center and right next to the well-known Palmer ski slopes.
The location is perfectly placed for all kinds of activities: Ortisei’s vibrant town center, filled with delightful shops, restaurants, bars, and rental facilities, is less than 300 meters away. Public transport is also easily accessible, with the nearest bus stop located within the same distance.
Families with children will find this area particularly appealing, as the apartments are situated right along the cycling path, and the nearby Palmer practice slopes are a go-to spot for kids both during summer and winter.
In winter, the Palmer ski slopes are an excellent choice for families and beginners, as they host most ski lessons for novice skiers. Advanced skiers can access the Alpe di Siusi gondola and the "La Curta" escalator leading to the Seceda cable car, which connects to the iconic Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski region, both located approximately 500–600 meters away. For added convenience, both facilities offer paid ski storage.
During summer, the cycling path right outside the house is the perfect starting point to explore the scenic Val Gardena by bike. The nearby Palmer practice slopes also transform into a bike park managed by the Ortisei Mountain Bike School, offering lessons for beginners.
A cozy shared garden is available for guests to enjoy the warmer months outdoors.
Amenities include an outdoor parking space, a ski storage room with boot warmers, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary bed linens and towels.
Pets are not allowed.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.
Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)
Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
