A dream holiday!

Our stay at Calafi Nou was wonderful. A country house that has it all: comfort, nature and an ideal location in the centre of the island, perfect for exploring Menorca. It was without a doubt the best holiday, we spent a week with the whole family in style. We will be back soon!

The main villa is great. We found it to be ideally situated off a main road, which made exploring the island easy. The villa is comprised of two buildings set in large grounds. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic pool and the plentiful sunbeds. The main house offered comfortable four-bedroom accommodation, complete with a well-equipped kitchen featuring all modern conveniences. The rustic interior provided plenty of space to relax, The air conditioning in all the bedrooms (bar the pool house) was a definite plus.Our issue was with the second building, the pool house. This open-plan space, apart from the bathroom, is nicely appointed and perfect for a couple. Unfortunately, it lacks air conditioning, a detail not originally mentioned in the advertisement. Our group consisted of ten people, two families of four and two elderly parents. Upon arrival, we disappointed with the separate accommodation for two in the pool house, as it was uncomfortably hot and lacked any curtains. The management company attempted to address the issue by providing a portable A/C unit. However, this solution proved impractical due to the lack of suitable vents for the exhaust. We felt disappointed because there were other villas in the area that would have better suited our needs without splitting up the group. The management company have reworded the description since our stay, and although we confirmed A/C in all bedrooms with them before booking, are refusing to discuss a partial refund.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Dès le premier instant, nous nous sommes sentis enveloppés dans la tranquillité des lieux, La villa allie parfaitement luxe et confort. Chaque coin de la maison est conçu avec goût et équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances inoubliables. L'espace piscine était sans aucun doute l'un des points forts de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des heures à profiter de son eau cristalline et du soleil, entourés d'un environnement naturel qui nous a donné l'impression d'être dans un petit paradis privé. De plus, la proximité de Cala Galdana nous a permis de profiter de l'une des plages les plus spectaculaires de Minorque, avec ses eaux turquoise et son sable blanc, complétant ainsi des vacances qui ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Nous recommandons Calafi Nou sans hésitation à ceux qui recherchent un lieu exclusif, calme et parfaitement adapté pour des vacances parfaites. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !
