This property is in a QUIET neighborhood with a prime location. We do not allow any parties or animals on our property. Both bringing an animal or throwing a late-night party/unapproved event will result in a $500 fee.

Note: Due to Texas’s warm climate and seasonal droughts, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, mosquitoes, or other small insects may occur. We perform regular pest control, but these instances can sometimes be unavoidable.

1. Our property is pet-free. However, if you will be bringing a service animal, kindly inform us in advance. While we are happy to welcome service animals, we do not provide pet amenities such as bowls, beds, or towels. Please bring anything you may need for your pet’s comfort. We appreciate your understanding!

2. Before your booking begins, you’ll be asked to verify your details and ID through a secure and trusted platform. This quick step ensures a smooth and safe check-in. Your information is fully protected and used solely to generate your personal check-in guide, which provides all the details you need for a seamless arrival.

3. Our property is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises and within 9 meters (30 feet) of any windows and doors. A fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking, including odors, cigarette butts, ashes, or related waste.

4. Note: Due to Texas’s warm climate and seasonal droughts, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, mosquitoes, or other small insects may occur. We perform regular pest control, but these instances can sometimes be unavoidable.

5. The safety and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out, which takes time. Checking out on time is important.
