Thank you for sharing your feedback. Due to an unexpected system glitch with the smart lock that day, the access code did not activate correctly, which unfortunately caused the delay you experienced. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we worked to provide an alternative access method so you could enter the property as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the time you had to wait. Regarding the plumbing visit, we always aim to keep maintenance interruptions to a minimum, but addressing the loose handle promptly was necessary to ensure everything remained in proper working order for our guests. We appreciate your comments about the location as well. The property is located a short drive from the South Congress area, and many guests enjoy its quieter residential setting while still being close to Austin’s main attractions. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are already reviewing our check-in procedures and communication response times to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.
