This spacious holiday home in Elend offers a serene escape in the heart of the Harz region, complete with free WiFi and ideal for families or groups. Just steps from the forest and 900 meters from the train station, it’s a perfect base to explore nearby gems like the Brocken summit, Wernigerode Castle, and the Elendstal nature reserve. For cultural charm, visit the Sorge Border Museum or Germany’s smallest wooden church, both just minutes away.

The villa features five cozy bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and a bright living and dining area with satellite TV and a conservatory. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, and dual fridge-freezers. Guests can unwind in the private infrared sauna or enjoy meals on the terrace or roof deck. Additional amenities include a fenced garden, charcoal barbecue, table football, sled, cot, and high chair—plus three parking spaces and a carport.

Surrounded by forest trails and just 5 km from ski slopes, the location is perfect for year-round adventure. Dining options nearby include the rustic Waldbad-Schenke, the hearty Restaurant Zum Berg – Quell Stübchen, and the cozy Zum Steinofen.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
