Enjoy a perfect stay in our stylish 3-bedroom apartment, located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Estepona's promenade and marina.
This space combines the warmth of a well-equipped home with the exclusive services of a modern urbanization.
The apartment features a spacious living-dining area and a large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you might need: microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, washing machine, dryer, and even a fondue pot! The 75” smart TV means your favourite streaming shows are a mere click away while you’re on holiday.
With room for 6 people, it includes three bright bedrooms: two with double beds (king and queen sized) and one with two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Outside, you can relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the private 55 m² garden, perfect for al-fresco dining or simply unwinding under the sun or under cover, as you prefer. These spaces are designed to make the most of the Costa del Sol’s exceptional climate. With a high-grade BBQ as well as a fire table and heat towner, the patio and garden area are ideally positioned to be enjoyed all year round.
The community features a modern style with exotic gardens and includes an outdoor swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children. Although the pools are not heated, you can take a dip and enjoy the more than 300 sunny days a year that the Costa del Sol offers.
There are also shared facilities, including a gym, outdoor dining and entertaining terrace and coworking area.
