Our stylish Art Deco themed one-bedroom annex, is a private annex with own entrance and parking space, within our Art Deco house.
The annex features a large art deco themed double bedroom with well equipped kitchenette and large on-suite walk in shower room. The shower room also includes a dressing table, with wall mounted hair dryer and shaver socket. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, air fryer, portable hob and microwave. There is also a toaster and kettle.
The outside space includes bistro set and loungers.
Five minutes walk to the beach and local pubs we are within easy reach of Arundel, Littlehampton and Chichester, Goodwood being just 20 minutes drive.
