A Beautiful Stay at Villa Mando A Hidden Gem Near Maganos

Tucked just behind the charming village of Maganos, Villa Mando is a truly beautiful place to stay. This was my 14th visit to Kefalonia, but my first time at this villaand it absolutely lived up to expectations. The lounge is very spacious, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the views are simply stunning.I spent a lot of time relaxing by the well-maintained pool, which made for some perfect, peaceful days. We received a lovely welcome pack on arrivalthe wine was particularly delicious!During our stay, we had a brief power outage caused by a blown plug. I texted the EOS representative, and the issue was completely resolved by the time we got back from dinnerexcellent service.Do note that a car is essential here, but its only a short 3-minute drive into Maganos and the excellent Picnic caf. Beautiful beaches like Alaties, Jerusalem, and Emplisi are also just minutes away, and Fiskardo is only around 8 minutes by car.Villa Mando is in a fabulous location for exploring the much sought-after northern part of Kefalonia. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it.

Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable holiday! We had a fantastic stay at Villa Mandola, located in the peaceful northern part of Kefalonia, near Fiskardo. The villa is spacious and beautifully maintained, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small service bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private balcony.The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, with a lovely pool with sunbeds, a dining table, and a cozy set of outdoor couches and chairs with a small table, ideal for enjoying the stunning sea view and unforgettable sunsets.The house was spotless, with fresh, clean linens and towels provided. We had a small issue with a bathroom door that didn’t close properly, but after sending a message via Booking, it was fixed within 30 minutes, great and efficient service.

The property was amazing

The property was amazing, perfectly kept and better than we could have imagined. We loved our time there and would gladly have stayed longer. It is spacious and peaceful with wonderful views. The kitchen is well appointed and has many appliances. The dishwasher and washing machines both worked well and the pool was amazing. The property is a short drive from Fiscardo and there are several tavernas in between and closer by. It is also not far from Asos and Myrtos beach is just a little further. A car is a must but we loved having this wonderful home as our base of operations. We are looking forward to coming back as soon as we are able. The property was well equipped for our infant son and our 11 year old niece loved it too. Easily fits three couples + a few small children. Very impressed and satisfied all round!
