Laundry area and beach chairs/toys included! Pelican Cove is a modern beach home steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and a short walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, where there is something for everyone. Modern decor and conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee station, a well-equipped kitchen, a sunny dining room with a wine bar, laundry space, and a stunningly large backyard. We are a short drive to Port Canaveral and NASA/Kennedy Space Center.
