Property was amazing, Location was perfect and the hosts were great and easy to communicate with.

It is just as it was listed! The space was perfect!

We had the best week at the “Holiday House” by the ocean. 3 generations; including 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. Comfortable beds, plenty of living space, 5 bathrooms,upscale appliances and the all important laundry facilities when traveling with young children. The house has everything you could need for a week away. Beach access was key for us with the little ones enjoying “ the big sandbox by the ocean.” Also saw not one, but two rocket launches!! Close enough proximity to Disney World, where we went for a day. Just over an hour’s drive and traffic not too bad on a weekday.An awesome break from our snowy Canadian winter, we are already missing this house, hope to return sometime!!

The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.

We traveled to Cocoa Beach from Canada for the Christmas Holidays, the property owners went above and beyond to make sure the home was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a wonderful neighborhood. Everything we needed was right at our fingers, we really enjoyed the outdoor living space and being close to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this property or the hosts. We were a group of 13 kids and adults and we didn’t need a thing beyond our suitcases. We found colouring sheets for our toddler, beach toys galore, sun shades, plethora of towels, we didn’t need to add anything to what was there. The hosts responded to any questions we had prior to check in and were so thoughtful throughout our stay. This home is truly a privilege to stay in. Thank you Dom and Frannie, you made connecting with our family around the world again absolutely seamless. We are all very grateful for you kind hospitality and thoughtful details.

The property was as advertised. The pool was awesome and we used it more than anticipated. Since the Cocoa beach has lots of waves, we appreciated being in the pool to relax. Kitchen gears were really nice to cook. Above any I've seen before. Location is really nice, just 3 blocks from beach entrance so walking is very easy.
