GOOD TO KNOW:

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is exclusively rented to families.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Suitable only for cars, large vehicles do not fit. Book in advance, parking is usually not available on adjacent streets.

- Outdoor pool (one for adults and one for children) during season.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Appartement très bien placé , mais trop petit pour 5 personne comme c est etait note dans l annonce. Les matelas sont pas de tout confortable . Le canapé dans l mauvaise état . Et c est impossible dormir dessus. Les couverture sont sale (avec de tâche marron) Douche dans la même état plus des champignon partout. Arrive à 16h et départ à 11h etait note sur l annonce chez HOMLIDAYSE alors que en arrivant l agence Espagnole nous annonce que le départ c est au plus tard 9h30 du matin. En plus La climatisation marché pas très bien. Dommage.
