Located in Knutsford, Watford, our accommodation offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.
Enjoy a dedicated parking space, high-speed WiFi, smart entertainment, 24/7 support, professional cleaning, and a fully equipped kitchen. With nearby parks and Watford's vibrant town centre just moments away, guests can indulge in a seamless blend of modern luxury and homely charm during their stay.
This lovely comfortable split level two bedroom flat located in the Knutsford area of Watford. It is brilliantly located, just 10 minutes walk from Watford Junction station, with fast trains to London Euston in 16 minutes, and with a direct train to Gatwick airport.
We are also located close to the M1 and M25 for those who wish to drive and there is a free parking space with the property.
The vibrant town centre is a 15 minute walk from the house and there is also a large Tescos Extra, reached by car in 5 minutes, with 3 hours free parking and easy access to the centre from there.
For Harry Potter lovers, the Warner Brothers studio is just 10 minutes away by car.
There are some lovely walks from the house along the River Colne and the beautiful green space of Cassiobury Park is just a 15 minute walk away.
The flat is beautifully presented for you to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay, blending modern luxury and homely charm. There is high speed WiFi (1000mbps) with a SMART TV, and a HIVE controlled central heating system with hot water available 24 hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, large fridge freezer, washer drier and electric oven. There is both a bath and a mains powered shower with good water pressure. There is one double bedroom and a single room, but NEXT sofa can also be pulled out to sleep two people comfortably. There is a small balcony with a bistro table and chairs to enjoy some outside space. Towels are provided and the flat is professionally cleaned.
We are flexible on check in and check out times and can provide luggage storage before or after your stay. We also offer 24/7 support for any emergencies that may come up
