I have been coming to Denia since the I970s when my parents first bought property in the area. Denia is not just a holiday resort, it is busy seaside town where there is always something going on all year round and that is why we keep coming back. My family and I have fond memories of all the wonderful holidays we have had together. We hope others will enjoy it as much as we do and get to know the wonderful town of Denia and all that it offers.

We are delighted to present this brand new three bedroom apartment that we have recently purchased because of it being so close to a lovely sandy beach and within walking distance of Denia port and town. Residencia Victoria is situated 100 metres from Les Marines Beach, 20km of golden sands and crystal clear waters, yet only 15 minutes walk from the port and Old Town. The apartments have been built to the highest specification, using top quality materials, providing stylish yet comfortable living space. The area of Les Marines offers visitors not only beautiful beaches with safe swimming and an array of watersports, but a huge choice of restaurants and bars to suit any pocket.
What makes this Apartment unique
All the rooms are air conditioned, there are roller blinds on all the windows to keep them cool in summer, the kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and there is a washing machine/dryer as well. The living room is bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows opening on to a large terrace with room for table and chairs and sunloungers. There is Sky and Astra TV, providing English, Spanish, French and German channels and also Netflix. There is a good WiFi connection. There is secure, subterranean parking underneath the block and direct access by lift to the apartment. There is also a large storage room for beach chairs, umbrellas and luggage.

Fantastic apartment and location
We have just spent two weeks at this apartment in August 2019. Everything about the holiday was brilliant - communication with the owner, the apartment itself and the location. The owner has provided everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay - the apartment is very well equipped, very modern, comfortable and there is a well furnished balcony that is perfect for eating outside and relaxing. There are also chairs, loungers, toys for the beach / pool. The location is superb as there is a lovely pool (which was surprisingly quiet) and it is less than a two minute walk to the beach. The apartment, and the whole building / pool area, were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this region of Spain.

This was a modern, well equipped apartment and had everything to ensure you had a great holiday. Good position for both beach, local amenities and the town itself.
We have been to Denia for the past 8 years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. We couldn’t think of one thing to make it any better.
We will be wanting to book again next year.

Smart, well located and well equipped apartment
A lovely new apartment, furnished in a nice contemporary style and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It’s in a great location right next to the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants (many open out of season) and also walking distance to the marina and town.

Les Marines has 25km of beach running from Denia Port to Oliva. There are numerous restaurants and bars beside Carretera de Les Marines and also several good restaurants close to the beach. The nearest restaurants are an Indian and a Pizzeria across from the apartments, but it is only a short walk up the road to Hollandes (Indonesian), Cafe Sol (French) and Blay Beach (Spanish). The renown Restaurante Quique DaCosta is five minutes drive away at El Poblet.
The nearest supermaket is Aldi, 50m across from the apartments. However, there is a larger supermarkets further up the road and in Denia town. A bus service runs from Les Marines to Denia Port on the hour, although it is only a 15 minute walk. The nearest bus stop is 150m from the apartment block. If driving, there is a large outdoor car park near the port.
Places to visit are Denia Port and Old Town, Denia Castle, Calle Loretto famous for its Tapas restaurants, Denia Marina again with numerous restaurants and bars. Les Rotes waterfront where you can walk/cycle beside the sea or sunbathe on the rocks and swim and snorkel in the clear waters. Las Albaranas beach and El Raset beach for watersports.
Further afield a drive into the Jalon Valley is a must, particularly to Xalo for its Saturday market and to Coll de Rates near Parcent for panoramic views stretching across to Ibiza. For children, a day at Aqualandia and Terra Mitica, both just half an hour down the AP-7 is an essential part of the holiday.
