A residence located in southern Sardinia in Santa Margherita di Pula, surrounded by a lush park directly on the sea. Shared washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi in common areas, unguarded outdoor parking, air conditioning, a large swimming pool with a spacious sunbathing area, a barbecue area ideal for socializing, and a bar with a cozy relaxation area are available.

Although they are all of the same type, the apartments may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.
The kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the customer. If these obligations are not met, a penalty of €50.00 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional €50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.

The apartments consist of living room with kitchenette, double or twin bed bathroom with shower.
