Welcome to our brand new, sympathetically and lovingly converted, detached Cart Shed.
This cosy, 120 year old detached property retains the original beams, giving a true cottage feel.
A hidden gem centrally located in the picturesque country village of Pollington and a gateway to to the historic city of York, Selby and Doncaster. A true gateway to Yorkshire.
Thoughtfully decorated, furnished throughout with solid oak furniture.
The large and airy bedroom offers a sumptuous king size bed and the open plan ground floor has a large double sofa bed and an extra wash room / toilet.
Along with a free standing bath & shower you are assured a relaxing stay.
A cottage kitchen fully fitted with an induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all expected kitchen amenities.
The cottage also offers complimentary tea, coffee and a welcome pack, WiFi and smart tv's for your modern comforts.

Centrally located in our village, we are on the doorstep of both canal and country walks, steps away from the village pub and minutes from the cricket, bowls & tennis fields and an open park with an extensive playground. Pollington's beautiful and historic 160 year old, Saint John The Baptist Church is sat on the edge of the village next to the Air & Calder canal.
Close by is the historic market town of Snaith and the beautiful 950 year old Saint Laurence Snaith Priory church where shops, bars, post office, deli, hair dressers & barbers can also be found.
