The villa has only just been built and is of contemporary style in all its expressions: structure, furnishings and amenities.

It has 5 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. In 3 of these spacious rooms there is a third single bed, so the number of guest can be 13. The style is rigorously minimalistic, but warm. Everything depends on the play on colours and the shades of brown and white. The result is extremely elegant, but at the same time comfortable and functional.

There is a very large, well cared for garden with an unusual L shaped pool with various colored led lights.

However, the area which really makes the villa stand out is the splendid professional spa area.

It has a turkish bath, sauna, heated beds, sensory showers and a magnificent heated pool with hydromassage. All of this in a spacious area, one side of which is all glass, enabling the guests to enjoy the spa gazing out on the surrounding hills.

The principal cities of art, such as Florence, Lucca,Pisa, Pistoia,San Gimignano, Vinci and Siena are a stone’s throw away, as are the renowned seaside resorts of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio) and Montecatini and the Grotta Giusti, famous for their natural spas

with qualified “wellness” treatments.

Villa is the perfect spot for those who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside but who also want shopping and transport nearby.

The nearest town, Cintolese, is 1.5km. away and has a supermarket, pharmacy,post office, caffe’, bank and is only a short walk to a pizza/restaurant in the evening.

For sports lovers, there is an 18 hole golf course “La Pievaccia” 2 kms away, and a tennis club as well.The villa is surrounded by a large and well cared-for garden with big, L-shaped pool (11 x 7 metres plus 4 x 5 metres ) and is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, 2 showers etc.

Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains the lounge areat beside the pool is perfect for moments of relax, with a good book and a prosecco.

The kitchen leads to an outside pergola where you can eat and enjoy the local products.In the garden there is also a barbeque area. There is a spacious parking area outside the gates, but still inside the property.The villa (340 square metres) is laid out on two floors, and can sleep 13 people. It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, well lit, airy and perfect for a comfortable holiday.

The ground floor consists of various open areas which join up the rooms themselves without dividing them and the glass doors and the skylights create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colours like white, brown and beige. 1 bedroom with bathroom ensuite.

The open space on the ground floor is divided into a dining area, a modern and well equipped kitchen (stove, bar with fridge and ice maker, comfortable divan and satellite tv.) Still on the same floor there is a spa area with indoor heated hydromassage (3,80 mt. X 2,5 mt x 1mt depth) a sauna (4mq),turkish bath 4mq. 2 heated relax beds and a beautiful view onto the outside area. The perfect place for relaxing after a day spent touring the surrounding towns and the beauties of Tuscany.

A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find 4 double bedrooms in a refined and minimalistic design, all with private bathroom with shower, Sat. Tv. Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed.

Finally, there is a TV room with a large corner lounge. This area is only reachable by a lift from the spa.

Wi-fi and air conditioning are connected in the whole house. Animals are allowed but on request.
