- Two bathrooms with walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and separate toilets;
- The accommodation has air conditioning and a vacuum cleaner;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Heated community pool;
- Private and free outdoor parking lot no. 54;
- Possibility of borrowing board games and iron at the reception.

- 450 meters from the sandy beaches;
- 1 kilometer from shops and restaurants;
- 1 kilometer from the supermarket;

Bed sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
