Villa Levante with its beautiful mountain and valley views is located just 10 min walk to the popular Agia Efimia in private grounds together with another Villa (Villa Ponente).

The two delightful semi-detached villas share a large pool, a vast pool terrace and a well equipped outside kitchen. (The 2 villas can be also rented together and would be ideal for a party of 4 to 10 wanting shared facilities outside, but individual privacy internally).

Villa Levante is completed, furnished, equipped and maintained to a very high standard and offers an exceptional accommodation for unforgettable holidays.

On the 1st floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a king size bed and balcony and one with twin beds, which can be converted to a king size bed. French doors lead from this bedroom to a large terrace with stunning views across the virgin valley of Pylaros. The bedrooms share a bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer.

On the ground floor there is a tastefully decorated open plan living area equipped with smart TV, a wood burning stove and a sofa bed, which can accommodate a further person. There is also a well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area plus a separate w.c. Two pairs of French doors lead from the living / dining area to a large private terrace with table and chairs for alfresco eating and romantic evenings with lovely countryside views.

In the basement there is a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there is the large swimming pool 11m x 5.5 m with a constant depth of 1.4, a shower, a well equipped kitchen with charcoal barbecue, sink, small fridge, and an adjacent dining area shaded by a pergola with a table that can seat 10. There are both sunny and shaded areas with loungers, director’s chairs, side tables to hold your cold drinks, and deck chairs from which you can relax, unwind soak up the enchanting valley and mountain views that surround this outstanding property. All outside facilities are shared with the Villa next door (Villa Ponente).

The location of Villa Levante is perfect: quiet and peaceful, but within easy walking distance (750m) to the attractive and popular yachting harbour of Agia Efimia with its excellent amenities: waterside cafes and bars, friendly tavernas, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, a good butcher also offering delicious local cheese specialities, boat and car rental, diving school and delightful small pebble beaches and coves, ideal for snorkelling in crystal clear waters. A car is only necessary for exploring the island, which is also worthwhile.
