A snug and cosy family Villa only a breath away from the beach, amenities and the energetic marina of Puerto Banus. Designer shopping, upscale restaurants and gorgeous sandy beaches are all within a short walk of this lovely family villa. The villa has modern décor and has been built over three levels and offers plenty of space for a family of eight to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun.



The main entrances level of the house comprises of spacious living room with fireplace and has direct access to the garden and pool area. The dining area has seating for eight people and the well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances and equipment so that you can prepare those evening family meals indoors.



Going up the stair to the first level you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with bath and shower and its own private terrace with views out to the garden and pool. On the lower level of the house, you have a self-contained apartment with a separate living and dining area as well as bedroom with double bed.



The garden/BBQ area is just the spot for the family to come together for an afternoon of fun! You can splash around and cool off in the swimming pool or spend the afternoon catching the Spanish rays on one of the sun loungers. Should you wish for a respite from the sunshine you can always relax under the covered terrace with a good book and a cool drink in hand.



The house offers full air conditioning on the entrance and upper level. The lower basement level does not have air conditioning but tends to stay quite cool. Included in a a midweek clean of 4 hours with towel and linen change is included. The gardener comes two times a week to water the garden and clean the pool.
