Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The property had clearly not been cleaned or prepared. Used bedding all over the floor, towels damp and clearly used, toilets and bathrooms not cleaned and food remnants left on utensils and crockery. We spent our first evening cleaning and laundering so that our guests had a clean place to sleep. The last thing we needed the day before the Macmillan's Might Hike…Sykes Cottages still have not responded after 3 days. All in all an absolute disgrace.
