As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area, adorned with chic furniture and warm lighting. The neutral color palette, accented with tasteful decor pieces, enhances the sense of tranquility. The cozy bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a plush bed, soft linens, and thoughtful touches that add a personal feel. Built-in wardrobes offer ample storage, ensuring a clutter-free environment.

The well-appointed kitchen is a delight for any home cook, equipped with modern appliances and sleek countertops. Whether you're preparing a quick meal or hosting a dinner, this kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful.

The bathroom is a retreat in itself, with elegant fixtures and a soothing color scheme, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Equipped with all the modern amenities, including a small kitchen for light cooking, "CASA C'ALMA" ensures a comfortable and memorable stay.

Now, let's acquaint you with our house rules:

1. *No Smoking Indoors*: Smoking is not permitted inside the house when windows are closed. Feel free to enjoy the balconies with stunning views and watch beautiful birds. Any lingering smells at checkout may incur charges of INR 3000 for deep cleaning.

2. *Energy Conservation*: Kindly switch off lights, geysers, and ACs when not in use or when away to save energy.

3. *Home Delivery Hours*: Home deliveries are allowed until 11 pm. After this time, guests are requested to collect orders from the main gate.

4. *Pool Timings and Dress Code*: The swimming pool is open from 9 am until 7 pm. Please adhere to the appropriate swimming dress code.

5. *Housekeeping Charges*: Daily housekeeping is available at a minimum cost, the owner provides cleaning services only at check-in.

6. *Linens and Towels*: Daily Changes are available on request with additional charges of Rs. 300.

7. *Laundry Access*: Washing machine access is available on request with a fee of Rs 500 per load. Please check with our caretaker on the same.

8. *Property Damages*: Guests will be charged for any damages to the property on an actual cost basis.

9. *Parking*: This apartment offers PAID Car/2 wheeler Parking . FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE PREMISES.

10. *Housekeeping*: Please leave the dustbin outside the door in the morning before 10am for housekeeping to clear the same.

11. *Checkout Timing*: Kindly adhere to the 10:00 am checkout time to allow our team two hours for preparing and cleaning the space for the next guest.

12. *Key Responsibility*: Guests are requested not to lose the keys, and a fine of INR 500 will be charged if this situation arises.

13. *Noise Levels*: Keep the volume low after 11:00 pm as we are in a gated community.

14. *Guest Belongings*: Management and caretakers are not responsible for guests' personal belongings. A wooden wardrobe with a key is provided for storing valuable items.

15. *ID Proof*: Every guest is required to carry a valid Government Issued Identity Card which indicates address proof, as it is mandatory for check-in.

16. *Early Check-in*: While early check-ins are generally not possible during peak season, some requests may be accommodated based on the situation.

17. *Cooking Odors*: Kindly avoid cooking food that leaves heavy odors, ensuring a pleasant experience for the next guest.

18. *Some hygiene rules*. Charges of 1000Rs applicable if the sand is bought into the apartment and found on any upholstery. It is a very difficult task to deep clean and remove sand and imagine the trouble host and next guest would face.

19. *A refundable security deposit of Rs 5000 INR is applicable. Full refund is subjected to no damages and other charges if any.*
