SOMNIO Estate manages Villa Casa Olea, located in the heart of Piso Livadi, one of the most lively yet peaceful areas of Paros. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and beautiful beaches such as Piso Livadi and Logaras are all just a short walk away.

The villa features a private swimming pool, a private parking ,elegant outdoor lounging areas, and a shaded dining space under a pergola, perfect for relaxed meals throughout the day. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of daily cleaning service for a carefree stay.

Inside, Casa Olea offers bright, modern interiors with a minimal design, natural wooden details, and large windows with stunning sea views. The villa is divided into two independent houses, making it ideal for families or groups.

The Main House includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a living room, and a guest WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom , each with a private balcony, and sea view. An elevator also connects the floors.

The Guest House features a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a loft area with two single beds, offering additional sleeping space.

Golden Beach, famous for water sports, and Kalogeros Beach with its natural clay are just a short drive away, while the cosmopolitan town of Naoussa is only 20 minutes by car.

For added security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras.
