It is very quiet, comfortable and conveniently located only 100 meters from the slopes of the Rochebrune sector and its lifts and ski school (ESF= Ecole du Ski Française). It is also walking distance (800 meters) from Megève's village pedestrian center and shops.
The great advantage of this chalet is that it is composed of only 2 units, one on each floor. There are no noisy neighbours. Furthermore, the apartment has quadruple aspect, very rare to find in Megeve.
Chalet chez Moi offers its guests an open, high ceilings, and bright living area facing South/South-West, decorated with taste and opening to a large balcony (10 sqm) with beautiful views of the Haute Savoy’s mountains. The property features two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a family bathroom, and a separate restroom.
Despite being relatively small in size, the property offers the comforts and style of bigger mountain chalets at an affordable price.
Each single room including the bathrooms has windows offering different views and natural daylight from sunrise to sunset (quadruple aspect).
Guests can relax in the living room on a large and comfortable sofa with a chaise longue “meridiènne” at one end and on a cozy leather armchair both offering peaceful panoramas over the mountains and a resting spot in front of a traditional romantic built-in cast iron stove. The living room is also equipped with a large Sony Smart TV (complimentary Netflix access included), a DVD player, French TV channels, an iPod/iPhone bluetooth docking station, and unlimited high speed Wi-Fi.
Partly open onto the living room, there is a brand new (2023) and fully equipped kitchen with hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine and other useful small appliances. The nice old wood table with contemporary glass chairs is the right corner for family meals accompanied by local French wine.
The master bedroom is bright and offers ample built-in storage space. The second bedroom with its wooden bunk bed comfortably sleeps teenagers/adults as well as children.
The master bathroom features a bathtub and shower (with crystal enclosure) while a second one offers a WC and hand-wash basin.
A large parking place (suitable for 2 cars), a big garden, a private ski locker at the chalet entrance, and a utility room with washing machine in the basement, are part of the property. Snow removal service in the winter is included in the price.
