Villa Stamnellia is an independent 140 sqm vacation home situated in a quiet, panoramic location, making it an ideal place for relaxation. It offers comfortable and luxurious accommodation for seven people, surrounded by the beauty of Crete. Located just before the village of Stamnoi in Heraklion, Crete, the villa is only a 15-kilometer drive from Heraklion Airport, 600 meters from the nearest dining spot, 1,800 meters from the closest bakery, gas station, and mini-market, and just 16 kilometers from the city center.

Points of interest include the Cretaquarium, located 12 kilometers away, and the Palace of Knossos, 18 kilometers away, appealing to both young and old visitors. The beautiful sandy beaches are within a short distance, with the nearest beach being Karteros.

Specifically, the villa is surrounded by pine trees and olive groves and consists of three levels with lawns and a perfect layout. Inside the villa, the main residence features an open-plan area with a living room equipped with a TV connected to free Netflix, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a shower. From the center of the ground floor, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor and a small hallway. This floor has a large bathroom with a bathtub, three bedrooms with views of the garden, the pool, and the mountains, and from some points, the sea. Exiting the main house and crossing a small outdoor corridor, we reach the second level, which has another open-plan area – a studio with an independent kitchen, bathroom, and pool view. The space also offers an outdoor shower, external sinks, a wood oven, and a barbecue.

On the third level and throughout the enclosed yard, there is a large garden with impressive plants along and around the house. The parking area outside the residence is private and free. Guests will have the opportunity to vacation in a calm and serene place with their family, just a few minutes from the city.
