The property itself is lovely, location is ideal, very close to the beach and a great bakery, a few great bars and restaurants, and lots of cap d’agde’s main attractions. It is compact but comfortable, air con for the hot summer was very effective and nice little garden. We found check in very confusing, VRBO seem to have subcontracted to Belvilla who have subcontracted to Vacancioles so we received three separate and different details regarding check in, with different times and locations to meet on each, and varying info about the towels and sheets (one said we could hire it for a price, the other said it was not available at all). This made arrival quite stressful.Overall our stay was pleasant but this was more to do with a nice property and its location than the service of the holiday agent.
