Helpful videos and instructions to access the key and apartment. Our train was late so we didn’t get in until 11pm. The hallway to open the door was very dark and hard to see where we were going. It took us 45 minutes to figure out how to turn the hot water on. The washing machine was super nice to have but took us 20 minutes to figure out how to make it work. The futon/sofa is very low to the ground and fine but not that comfortable. The TV streaming option was nice. Nice extra kitchen items but we didn’t get to try them out. Nice space. Clean. Nice towels. Nice shower once we figured out the hot water. Nice drying rack for clothes in the bathroom.
