This stunning large detached modern property is located within a 10 minutes walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca. This property has five bedrooms all with en-suite and air conditioning. There is a private pool, Cinema room, Gym, Sauna, and office space. A very spacious property where you can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday in this sought after area of Playa Blanca.
The property has been designed to create a feeling of light, space and complete relaxation, with floor to ceiling windows throughout. The spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and living room area provides clear views of the sun and pool terraces with four of the bedrooms having sliding patio doors directly out onto the pool terrace.
The front door can be reached by a set of steps or via a ramp.

INTERIOR
The front entrance leads into a large hallway, from this hallway you have the corridor that leads to all the bedrooms in one direction and opens up into the open plan living room, dining area and kitchen in the other direction.

Living/Dining Rooms:
This area has numerous large sliding patio doors giving the advantage of light and the feeling of outside/inside living with easy access to the pool and sun terraces. The lounge has a spacious, open plan design, with a wall mounted Large Smart TV with satellite system (including BBC/ITV/CH4/Ch5 & all SKY channels available in Lanzarote) and is fully air conditioned. There is also complimentary WIFI.
The dining area has a dining table with chairs to seat 8 for inside dining.

Kitchen:
Modern, open plan kitchen, electric oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee percolator, a centre island with electric hob and extractor fan with 4 bar stools around the island.
There is a separate outside utility area found off the main hallway, where you will find the washing machine, and a drying area.

This Villa offers 5 bedrooms, all with ensuites.
Bedroom 1
King size master bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a two seater settee for you to relax while watching the wall mounted large Smart TV. Lounge Cinema room - with a large L shaped settee, a 90inch Smart TV with surround sound.
Office room - with desk, chair and a settee.
You will also find a family bathroom with walk in shower. wash basin, vanity mirror and WC. on the lower level.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
You will find various areas of shade on this terrace throughout the day and the bespoke private swimming pool approx. 15m x 5m at its widest part and 2.5m at the narrow end and approx. 0.8m to 1.3m in depth, electrically heated (November to April inclusive), with stepped entry. You will also find a sunken seated area situated next to the pool ideal for soaking up the Lanzarote sunshine and an outside shower.
There are 8 Sun beds on this terrace along with an Egg chair and a double day bed. At the end of the terrace you will find the stairway to upper terrace where you will find a further 2 sun beds and a table and 4 chairs where you can sit and take in the faboulous views of the surrounding area.

Al Fresco dining with BBQ
Outside the kitchen/dining area you have a dining table under the pergola with 8 chairs under a ceiling fan. Also a second dining/seating area where you can enjoy your before dinner drinks while the chef of the party prepares the dinner on the built in Canarian charcoal BBQ.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras (shutters if required) in communal areas which takes photos when the alarm is set off.

Location:
Marina Rubicón is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 15 to 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for 2 vehicles. Standard wheelchair accessible.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. Guests over 6 have a supplement charge per week. First child under the age of 2 years stays free, Cots and highchairs available, upon request, at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
A refundable Damage Bond of 600€ is payable or Accidental Damage Waiver has to be taken.
