Una gran villa de 2 dormitorios con piscina privada climatizada con cascada a medida en una ubicación tranquila pero con todas las comodidades, bares, tiendas y restaurantes a 2 minutos a pie, incluida una panadería / pastelería para el pan más fresco y deliciosos pasteles. El camino costero pavimentado a solo 5 minutos a pie para ver las olas del mar chocando contra las rocas. Esta encantadora villa ofrece la base perfecta para disfrutar del complejo turístico de Playa Blanca en Lanzarote.
Hay un amplio espacio de patio alrededor de la piscina en las cómodas tumbonas para disfrutar del sol y una pérgola cubierta si necesita algo de sombra. La barbacoa incorporada es perfecta para las noches cálidas para disfrutar de comida casera si necesita un descanso de todos los maravillosos restaurantes de los alrededores. Lugar perfecto

El alojamiento está perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones de descanso o activas. Buena zona para descansar y a la vez un buen punto para iniciar actividades como correr o bicicleta. La villa estaba muy limpia tanto en interior como la zona de piscina. El contacto con Gill muy bueno y siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier problema, que por otra parte no lo hubo. Personalmente repetiría otra vez en el mismo sitio y espero hacerlo. Muchas gracias a Gill por todo.

As a long time visitor to Faro Park, I think that this might be the nicest villa I have stayed in. You can tell it is used and loved as a holiday home by the owners as everything you could need is there. The kitchen is really well stocked in terms of equipment (actual sharp knives!), plates etc. and it is so nice to find one of these villas that has a modern, refurbished kitchen and bathrooms. The location of the villa is absolutely perfect too. A minute’s walk from both the shops and restaurants of faro park and the coastal path for walks, watching the sunset etc. My only very minor quibbles are that I think that one extra pool clean a week would be good (but it was very windy when we were there so that is probably why) and it would be nice to have a king size bed in at least one of the bedrooms. However both these things are clearly stated in the listing so that’s a me issue, not really an issue with the villa. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book here again. If you are lucky enough to find availability at this villa, don’t hesitate to book.

An excellent property, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all you need for a perfect holiday. We appreciated the new kitchen and all its facilities. The bathrooms were modern and well equipped. We found the property garden and pool clean and tidy. Perfect setting for a quiet holiday, with a good choice of supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Good bus service into Playa Blanca. Gill the host was very helpful from booking until the time we left. We would be very happy to stay in this villa again.

Relaxing

The Villa is lovely and spacious. Everything was as described. I had a lovely relaxing time. The hostess was excellent in communicating and was able to sort out a problem which cropped up during my stay speedily. Have already booked a return visit.

Lovely villa

We had a wonderful relaxing 3 weeks in this lovely villa. It is a real home from home in a quiet spot in Faro Park. It is only a 5 minute walk to a supermarket & restaurants. We hope to be back for another stay in the future.

1week in April . Lovely villa. Well thought out. Everything you could need. Shops and supermarket 2 minutes walk regular bus to playa blanca, fixed price 1 euro40 . Quiet area, which suited us . Very quiet at night. Plenty of walks. Probably 40 minute walk into playa blanca

Lovely villa.

Lovely villa perfect for a family of 3. Pool was very well heated, something we have found villas previously struggled with. Water was crystal clear all week. Pool maintenance did come during stay to make sure all was okay. Villa was nice and clean well equipped. Bathrooms are lovely. Beds very comfortable. Excellent location for a laid pack holiday with a a small strip of shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent bus service. Everything within a 10 minute walk. Hosts was very helpful all way up to holiday. Would love to return in the future.

Excellent villa in a relaxing setting within walking distance of coastline , shops and restaurants.

This was my 3rd vacation to this beautiful villa and I will definitely be booking again. Everything you need is provided to ensure you have an enjoyable relaxing holiday. The attractive outside area provides you with a shaded area to dine alfresco and there are comfy sun loungers with all day access to the sunshine. The heated pool is a real bonus with easy access via roman steps. I loved the location as you are within minutes of accessing the coastline promenade enabling you to walk to Playa Blanca and the Rubicon Marina. I have found a car is not a necessity as there some very nice restaurants and also 2 small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the villa,. If you wish to visit the numerous restaurants in Playa Blanca or catch the ferry for the short crossing to Fuerteventura there is a regular 30 minute bus service within a short distance from the villa. You are excellently looked after by the property manager, Jo .

Wir konnten das Haus aufgrund der guten Beschreibung problemlos finden und einfach per Schlüsselbriefkasten schon 3 Stunden vor der eigentlichen check-in Zeit beziehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Eine Kirsche auf der Torte sind die kostenlosen deutschen Bezahltsportsender (Sky, Eurosport 2, DAZN) und das superschnelle Internet. Wir haben dieses Angebot allerdings seltenst genützt, weil wir auf der windgeschützten Veranda unsere Abende verbracht haben. Die Vermieter haben wir gar nicht gesehen, alles basiert auf Vertrauen. Die Betten waren groß und mit neuwertigen Matratzen und zwei Kissen zur Auswahl ausgestattet. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, trotzdem empfehlen wir einen Mietwagen. Wenn nochmal Lanzarote dann sicher in diesem Haus.

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille dans la villa palmera. L'emplacement est idéal avec des restos accessible à pied avec possibilité de se faire livrer. La piscine chauffée est un bel atout nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours en février. De belles plages a proximité calmes et idéales avec des enfants en bas âge. Je recommande !

Perfect pictures do not do it justice!

A fantastic and extremely well equipped villa, and we have rented quite a few over the years and I can say that everything had been thought of, and for the first time we actually had a sharp knife too (it's the little things!) The villa, pool and gardens were very well attended and Jo was great throughout our stay as was Gill in the build up to our stay. The fixtures and fittings in the villa were first class and the pictures on Home Away do not do it justice. The location was perfect for me my wife and our two young children as we could walk to a selection of decent restaurants and small supermarkets in under 5 minutes and we enjoyed many a meal out at them, all of them were off good quality with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at reasonable prices. The villa is only a short drive (under 10minutes) to playa Blanca and even less to playa Flamingo which was great for the kids (thanks for the recommendation Jo) and also the water park. We couldn't have asked for anymore during our stay and I would say this is the best villa we have stayed in and really did feel like home for 2 weeks. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again! Thanks again we all miss it and Lanzarote!

Not Your Typical Rental. Beautiful.

This villa is Beautiful. It felt like a home that was being rented not a villa purchased to be a rental. Everything you could ask for with many little touches that made it a little special. Loved the location. I counted 13 bars and restaurants plus two shops, an off license, a beauty salon and an estate agents (As of July 2019). All in a parade of shops a couple of hundred yards away although you wouldn't know they were so close. The villa is peaceful with no noise whatsoever. We tried to sample all the eating houses but didn't quite manage it. We found 'Gusto' (Italian) and 'Port of Call' particularly good with 'Le Moka' an excellent bakery and place to have breakfast. Jo who manages the villa was friendly and helpful and gave us piece of mind because she is only minutes away although we didn't need her. Would thoroughly recommend with no hesitation. A chance to completely recharge our batteries. Thank You

Excellent villa and pool situated in a peaceful setting.

This was my second stay in this very comfortable villa with a very attractive outside area that includes a heated pool. Everything is provided for a really relaxing holiday including wi-fi and Sky tv access. It is in easy working distance of several very good restaurants and two small supermarkets so I find a car is not necessary. I would have no hesitation recommending this villa to family and friends.

A perfect home from home - except that this one is in a better climate than England in January!

This was our second visit to Villa Palmera and it was just as good as last time. Some holiday accommodation is just that - intended for holidays. But Villa Palmera is clearly also a home to the owners for part of the year and that shows. Greatly recommended.

We (The Owners) are Gary and Gill purchased our lovely villa in Playa Blanca. (May 2013)

Gary is a wheelchair user and we find the area very disabled friendly and although he can walk short distances everything is so convenient at the villa.

Playa Blanca is a lovely upmarket resort in Lanzarote we love the fact it has all year round sunshine the area is very safe with lots to do and lots of really good restaurants and bars

We love the area of Faro Park it is so convenient the local bus is wheelchair accessible so a trip into Playa is so easy even if you don't hire a car
Our villa really is home from home with our lovely heated pool and outdoor dining and seating areas and is attractively furnished throughout with comfortable beds
The local restaurants in Faro Park English, Italian, two Spanish restaurants, a fish restaurant, a Tapas bar, a Brazilian and a chicken take away shop as well as a burger and pizza take away a couple of bars and a cocktail bar are all really good and with 2 supermarkets one of which is open until midnight it couldn't be better
We have had a path laid that makes access into the villa so easy with the wheelchair
