This beautiful flat is located at the top of world-famous Notting Hill.
A more attractive and central location you could not wish to find in London.
You can wander down Portobello Road -the legendary road begins just minutes away from your door- or you can travel toward Central London via the scenic Kensington and Hyde Parks. Front-facing windows look out onto Notting Hill with its leafy trees, cozy bistros and vintage shops.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor level of a beautiful Victorian building.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a stylishly furnished living area, complete with cozy seating and a large flat-screen TV, providing a wonderful space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Open the double doors in front of the sofa and you’ve a lovely terrace onto which you can step and take in the atmosphere of living in the heart of London, enjoying a meal around the table or a glass of wine before dinner.
First on your right as you enter the apartment is your kitchen.
The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Be sure to make use of the large fridge freezer and plentiful cupboard space to store your favorite food and drinks (there are supermarkets nearby in which you can stock up). Why you’re in here, why not make yourself a coffee and pause to enjoy it at the dining table for 4?
This is a family friendly apartment that’s also ideal for work colleagues and clients looking to share high quality accommodation on business trips to the capital.
The master bedroom which, as with the lounge, has a double aspect that ensures plenty of natural light fills the room during the day. A king’s size bed will ensure comfortable nights of rest throughout your stay, with large storage space provided with an integrated wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom affords your private space to enjoy a quick refresh under the shower. Storage space for your toiletries is provided by shelfing and cabinets.
The second bedroom with large wardrobe is tastefully decorated and designed with your comfort in mind. A super king size bed will ensure comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. With a separate bathroom in the hallway, convenience and privacy are guaranteed, allowing everyone to freshen up at their own space.
From the hallway there is access to an outside space where to enjoy some quiet and relaxing time by reading a book or by having a cup of coffee when you wait for the other members to be ready.
The property also offers a separate dedicated space for smart working with an office desk and chair.
Notting Hill Gate Underground Station (Central, Circle and District line) is a mere 150 m from your apartment. If you prefer staying above ground, buses running along Notting Hill Road, Bayswater Road heading east toward Lancaster Gate, Marble Arch, Oxford Circus, Mayfair, Bond Street and beyond stop right outside the end of the street of the Lime Apartment.
You should also have no problem hailing a black taxi as they regularly run in both directions along Notting Hill Road.
