Nice and functional studio, kitchen well equipped, bathroom tiny, balconies a treat, everything very clean.The neighbourhood is probably up'n coming, feels safe, presently dominated by asian shops and warehouses. Lots of interesting murals. Short walking distance downtown.Communication was a pleasure!
