This is a stunning, spacious & stylish 4 bed house located in Barnes. With a large sitting room & open plan kitchen, this is the perfect house for families or large groups, with plenty of space for everyone to socialize or unwind. The private garden is a beautiful spot to relax with your morning coffee or afternoon drink.
Just 10 minutes to the nearest station, you can visit the heart of London in less than 25 minutes, making it the perfect base to enjoy central London but also the greener parts of the City.
The Space:
This is a beautiful 4 bed house, located on a residential road, you will be in the peaceful haven in the South West of London. Barnes is a tranquil part of London, filled with lots of green space, restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as being close to the Thames River front.
The house is across 4 floors, it is spacious and comfortable for 8 people to each find their own privacy and space.
The ground floor features a sitting room with comfy sofas and reception room featuring a large Sky glass TV and L-shaped sofa perfect for unwinding and relaxing with the family. There is a large open plan kitchen and dinning area great for friends and family to get together and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, and the dining table comfortably seats 8 along side stylish Soho Home furniture. The downstairs WC is also here, and access to the garden.
The second floor is home to two garden facing double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
The third floor features a large street facing bedroom. With amble room to relax and get some work done on the desk in the room if needed.
The top floor features the large split level master bedroom, with its super king bed, enormous dressing space and free standing bath, this is the perfect room to rest in comfort after a day exploring. The second bathroom is also located on this floor.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
