Apartment in old historic building in the heart of Florence, surrounded by places of artistic and historical value. Great location, really strategic. You will feel surrounded by the history of this romantic and fascinating city... Placed on the first floor (29 steps), 50 square meters, accommodates up to 6 people. Consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Free WiFi, air conditioning.
Soundproofing of the apartment following the change of the windows fixtures in March 2019.
The apartment is 30 seconds away from Piazza della Signoria! The area is full of all kinds of shops, artisans, laboratories, markets, monuments, churches, museums, restaurants, wine bars, you'll be in the middle of all that Florence can offer !!! You will enjoy the poetry and art of this wonderful city.

Due to some ceiling damage at the apt that we booked, Nimoe was extremely accomodating in getting us an alternative apt that was beyond our expectations. Nimoe was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent property. Very close to Repubblica Square. Great location for exploring all the tourist locations. Easy walking distance to the Bridge and the Duomo. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Host provided a great list of restaurant choices.

Absolutely loved our stay here at the Florence tower apartment. Only one flight of stairs and a super comfy bed. The bathroom was a great size and clean. Lastly the location was perfect we walked everywhere from the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo all the way to Academia with to see the David. If I find myself back in Florence I will definitely stay here. Can confirm the tooth fairy will visit this apartment if needed!

We did not tour a vineyard. Apartment was the perfect location in historic Florence. Everything was in walking distance. Just an FYI for Americans, in Europe 1st floor is what we would call the 2nd floor. Apartment was accessed by 18 stairs. If climbing stairs is an issue for you this may not be the apartment for you. It was perfect for us.

We had a nice stay in Florence. This apartment was located centrally of all the places we wanted to visit. It was equipped with all that we needed...even a washing machine. We were happy with our stay.

Trip of a Lifetime

My family and I stayed for three nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable. The beds were very cozy and the shower was amazing. We especially appreciated the proximity to major attractions and found the noise level from the street was not a problem. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Make your Florence stay special....we loved it!

Great location. Very nice flat. The couple that handle the property met us there and were just super nice and helpful. Walk from the train station, walk to all the major sites. We highly recommend this apartment and we loved Florence!

Location is perfect

The apartment is one block from Piazza Vecchio. 10 minutes to the Duomo. Comfortable AC for hot Florence summer.

Perfect location, great hospitality

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Tower Apartment. The stairs are steep but even though I have knee issues I managed just fine. The location is perfect and was a great base for visiting Florence. There was a grocery store within a few blocks and restaurants and cafes very close by. The Wifi worked well and the shower was wonderful. We would stay there again.

Great Location

Great location, price and amenities. However, the unit is up a very tight and very steep stairwell. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions or issues.

Perfect location. Few minutes walk to most of the sights. Cafes and shopping nearby.

We had a great visit. Overall the apartment was wonderful and Stefania and her group were very informative and helpful. Word of warning though, the stairs are steep and it was a bit of a challenge handling our suitcases. That said, highly recommend!!

Location, location, location. Couldn't have asked for a more convenient, central location. Other than that, if you are looking for something nicer than old world rustic then this is not your place. No complaints about the cleanliness, management or their responsiveness just feel the professional photos make this place look a lot nicer than it really is. One note, probably just our ignorance since we ran into the same thing at another stay in France this trip but...there is a trick to using the gas cooktop which is you have to push down on the knobs when you turn them on or no gas flows. I hand wrote that on the info sheet in the apartment for future renters but it was new to us. My only other comment is that this was my second time in Firenze - though my first was a long time ago. It is now overrun with tourists like many other popular cities in Europe but I have to say I was amazed by the lines and the crowds in late September.

Great location

Apartment has a good location, it is within walking distance from train station and major attractions. I was able to turn on the lights for the building stairs from the 1st floor, but I was not able to do so from the apartment door so getting out of the building at night we had to use our phone lights. Definitely will stay again.

Cozy apartment right in the center of Florence.

My family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers had a wonderful time in the Florence Tower Apartment. The location was great for walking to all the sights, restaurants and train station. Stefania and Maria gave us nice recommendations on local sites and restaurants. The apartment was well furnished and clean. There is some late night street noise but we used ear plugs and were fine.

History alive in Florence

The best location. Historical apartment. Hosts excellent on communication. It could have used updates. It smelled a little musty. Small things like dish soap to clean used dishes would be helpful.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence

Our family of five loved this apartment! Very comfortable and charming. Stefania was so easy to work with. The location couldn't have been better, pretty quiet and central to all the sights. Pros: Comfortable and clean; easy walk from train station; easy communication with owner and assistant. Cons: Steps are steep and might be hard for some people; grocery market was hard to find.
