This modern and spacious apartment in Mijas, with capacity for six people, is perfect for unforgettable family holidays. Located in a quiet urbanisation, designed for rest, it has a communal swimming pool, spacious areas for walking and relaxing, as well as a parking space with direct lift access to the second floor where the accommodation is located.
The apartment offers a spacious living-dining room, divided into a living area and dining area, with access to two terraces that invite you to enjoy fresh air and family moments. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, nearby supermarkets and a varied local gastronomic offer complete the culinary experience.
For rest, it has two bedrooms with double beds, storage space and windows to the outside, one of them with access to terrace. It also has a double sofa bed in the living room, completing the capacity for six people. The centralised air conditioning with air conditioning and heating ensures comfort in any season of the year.
The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower tray, providing comfort for the whole family.
Located a few kilometers from sandy and rocky beaches such as La Cala de Mijas and Calas Playa Sheriff, and close to golf courses like La Noria and Santana Golf, this accommodation is an ideal starting point for exploring the Costa del Sol. It is also near natural attractions such as Juanar Refuge, Barranco Blanco, El Caminito del Rey and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, as well as cities like Málaga, Fuengirola and Marbella.
