We are delighted to welcome you to our comfortable apartment located on a natural geographical extension at the end of Lignano Sabbiadoro, at the confluence of the sea and the lagoon. The area represents the ideal starting point for discovering the most characteristic landscapes of the lagoon hinterland, the upper Adriatic and the nearby Slovenian and Croatian coasts.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and is located in a building with a lift. You will find a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, a full bathroom with a shower box, a comfortable room with a double bed, a second spacious room with a bunk-bed and a pull-out single bed and a beautiful fully equipped terrace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.
To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with washing machine, tv-sat, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
