This comfortable, very central two bedroom apartment is arranged over two floors and has the added bonus of a shared pretty garden to the rear. New King Street is ideally located, with everything the UNESCO city of Bath has to offer, right on the doorstep. The Roman Baths, Thermae Spa and train station are all within a few minutes walk of the apartment and Kingsmead Square just down the road hosts an array of wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars.



The Space:

Entering the apartment on the ground floor, you come into a hallway leading to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The lovely light master bedroom has a double bed and two chests of drawers for clothes storage. The second bedroom, to the rear of the property, over looks the garden and has a double bed, small chest of drawers and a small hanging space. The tastefully fitted bathroom enjoys a bath, shower and WC.

As you descend the stairs into the basement level of the apartment you will find a cosy lounge with large TV that enjoys afternoon sun with windows looking out the garden. Next to the lounge is the fully equipped, modern kitchen including dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster, oven with gas hobs, microwave and fridge freezer. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for four. For your convenience the property has a washer dryer situated in a hallway cupboard.

A back door leads out onto a pretty shared garden, with seating.

We ask that guests using the garden are quiet after 9pm.

We can provide one travel cot and high chair upon request.
