This charming 72m² duplex apartment in Madrid is an excellent choice for families and friends seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is located on the ground floor.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living area features a cozy double sofa bed, a widescreen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom offers a plush double bed with fresh linens for maximum comfort and an ensuite bathroom with all the essential amenities. It also features a semi-enclosed balcony with a table and chairs, providing a bright and airy space to unwind.

A second bathroom downstairs is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This flat, located in the vibrant Moncloa-Aravaca district, offers a perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity. Just a short distance from Madrid's city centre, this neighbourhood is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore iconic landmarks like Gran Vía and the Royal Palace.

The area features a mix of residential charm and local cafes, restaurants, and shops. Plenty of green spaces, like Casa de Campo, are nearby for outdoor relaxation. It's an excellent base for those seeking a peaceful stay with easy access to all Madrid offers.

Several parking options are available in the vicinity. You should check for the nearest parking facilities if you're travelling by car.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Vicente Aleixandre, Moncloa - Aravaca, is just a 4-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
