A really unique place to stay. The history of the building alone makes it worth a stay. The old Pub is perfect and exactly what I think of when I think of pubs.

Amanda was an amazing host. The property was perfect and more than enough for our needs. The location is gorgeous and there is a beautiful river behind the property that we were able to explore a bit. When we arrived at the property Amanda came to greet us and make sure we arrived at the correct cottage. She walked us through everything and was very kind and easy to work with. She went out of her way to connect with us and make us feel welcome. The amenities of the cottage went above and beyond. We had coffee, tea, drinks, snacks, and breakfast available to us, and we were even offered fresh eggs for the morning. The showers were great, good water pressure and temperature. The internet is the best we’ve had in Scotland. Upon checkout Amanda chatted with us more and gave us great advice for our continued travels. We really enjoyed our time and would highly recommend staying here!

Super! Vor dem Eingang steht "No Parking", aber das gilt nur für Personen, die die Unterkunft nicht gemietet haben. Alles großartig! Wirklich groß auch!

This cottage was the home of our parents for twenty years so a much beloved home. It is in a beautiful setting and we hope you enjoy being here for a short time like our parents who loved being there for a great number of years

Why they chose this property

We wanted to get away into the rural highlands to experience the clean air, the tranquility and the wild life, to be able to allow the river to trickle over our toes, to see really blue skies, to see stars like we had never seen before
