This fantastic holiday home in Elbeltoft is perfect for families or groups of up to 12 people. Located just 75 meters from the water, the house offers a breathtaking sea view, that can be enjoyed from both indoor and outdoor areas. Built in 2019, this modern house is equipped with all the facilities you could wish for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The house has a spacious area of 244 square meters and is located on a plot of 1054 square meters, which provides plenty of space for play and relaxation. With six bedrooms, including four with double beds and two with single beds, there is plenty of room for everyone. There are three bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable experience, even on the colder days.

For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher and 2 fridges with a total of 80 litres of freezer space. There is also a tumble dryer and washing machine available, making it easy to keep your laundry fresh during your stay. In the living room you can watch your favourite programme on the German or Danish TV channels, or use Chromecast to stream your own shows.

Outside you will find a covered terrace where you can enjoy meals al fresco, as well as an enclosed terrace that is perfect for children and pets. There is also a A barbecue is available so you can prepare delicious meals under the open sky. For the active, there is a trampoline and an activity room with bobsleigh and table football, ensuring that there is never a dull moment.
