his elegant holiday home near Thiviers offers a serene escape for up to 6 guests, with 3 beautifully styled bedrooms and a pet-friendly atmosphere. The private swimming pool—safely fenced and gated—is perfect for sunny afternoons, while the spacious garden invites relaxation with parasols, sun loungers, and shaded seating. Children will love the play equipment, boules court, and slides, making it ideal for families or small groups.

Nature lovers can stroll through the forest just 100 meters away or enjoy canoeing on the Vezere River (5 km). Golf at Essendieras (20 km) and horse riding in St. Yrieix (32 km) offer more outdoor fun. Thiviers, only 2 km away, provides essentials like supermarkets, banks, and a tennis court, plus dining options such as L'escapade des sens, Le Foch, and Au Fil des Saisons.

Mit 225 Euro Reinigungskosten erwarten Sie ein sehr sauberes Haus. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Die Küche war nicht sauber. Bei der Ankunft muss man sich erstmal ordentlich putzen, inklusive viel Geschirr. Auch viele Sachen von Vormietern (oder vom Eigentümer?) wie angebrochene Flaschen Olivenöl, Kräuter, Tee usw. Auch im Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks Lebensmittel von anderen. Die Fenster des Hauses waren schmutzig und der Garten schlecht gepflegt. Gartenmöbel waren nicht sauber und fast alle kaputt. Rutsche kaputt und Schuppen Schuppen eingestürzt. Unter dem Trampolin sah es aus wie ein Ort zum Abladen von Abfällen (Tücher, Bretter usw.). Wir haben schon öfter Häuser über Belvilla gemietet und hatten noch nie Beschwerden. Sehr schade, da wir mit unseren Kindern unseren 30. Hochzeitstag feierten.
