Beautiful detached holiday home in the Ardèche, with lovely views of the surrounding area. It is surrounded by a large garden divided into several terraces, with a partially covered terrace in front of the house, complete with garden furniture and a few sun loungers.

It is situated on a hill, and below is the owner's small, quiet family campsite (only 150/200 pitches), where you can use all the campsite facilities free of charge, from the lovely fenced swimming pool with children's pool, the bar, a lovely children's play area, table tennis, table football and petanque area, before returning to the peace and quiet of your villa.

This holiday home is just 2 km from the centre of the small town of Les Vans. This is a lively place with pleasant terraces, shops, a market, a supermarket, restaurants and a cinema.

In Chambonas (5 km) you can hire bicycles and near the village of Les Assions (5 km) you can hire a canoe (from 7 years) for an adventure on the river. For the most beautiful walks in a magnificent natural setting, you can go to the Bois de Paiolive (6 km) to contemplate the bizarrely shaped limestone rocks formed by the effects of sun, wind and rain.
