Welcome to Mythos Villa 8, a charming holiday retreat nestled in the scenic Damnoni area of Crete, Greece. This elegant, ground-floor villa spans 90 m² and is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, offering a blend of modern comfort and serene coastal living. With its prime location just 250 meters from Damnoni Beach, the villa provides breathtaking views of the lush garden and shimmering waterfront, creating a tranquil and picturesque setting for your stay.



Ideally situated, Plakias is just 3 km away, offering a variety of shops and a supermarket for your convenience. The local restaurants are within walking distance, allowing you to indulge in authentic Cretan cuisine. pool, surroundings, privacy It rained for two days, the main door was leaking, I recommend building a pergola above the main entrance. The terrace was also leaking, the roof probably needs to be repaired we were missing an electric kettle

Wow what an amazing villa can’t rate it enough, clean, modern and amazing value for money. The host couldn’t have been anymore helpful. A tip if you visit, hire a car as transfers from Chania are 180 euros add on to that trips to the local village costing approximately 20 euros return it soon adds up against approx 50 euros per week to hire a car. Thanks Mythos Nick, Freddie and Albie see you again soon x

Perfect location to explore local beaches

Outside space of the villa was perfect to sit in shade in peak afternoon heat or sit by the pool. Villa was kept very clean by very friendly staff. More cooking equipment (more saucepans, crockery, another sharp knife) would be good. Sound travels very much from villas 8-9. We had very noisy families as neighbours during our stay. No one observed the “quiet” hours in afternoon. That was only real downside

Super schönes Apartment in super schöner Lage mit super schöne Aussicht.Sehr sauber, Müll wurde täglich abgeholt, der sehr saubere und schönePool wurde täglich, das Apartment alle drei Tage gereinigt.Bequeme Betten, große Fenster mit Fliegengitter, Liegen und ein schöner Tisch, um draußen zu essen.Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und zwei Kleinigkeiten, die in der ansonsten sehr guten Ausstattung gefehlt hatten, wurden sofort bereitgestellt.Entfernung zum Strand und zu schönen Restaurants und 2 Minuten zu Fuß, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß über schöne, ruhige Wege… Einfach toll.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Wir waren im August 2025 in Damnoni / Mythos Apartments. Frau Stavgiannoudaki hat uns herzlich empfangen und war während unseres Aufenthaltes immer für uns erreichbar und ansprechbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichten mit Pool, der täglich gepflegt wird. Der schöne Sandstrand ist zu Fuß 1 Minute entfernt. Dort gibt es auch drei Tavernen, eine Strandbar und Mietliegen mit Sonnenschirmen. Alle super lecker. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall einen Pkw, um die Insel zu erkunden. Kreta hat so viel zu bieten.Herzlichen Dank liebe Frau Stavgiannoudaki, dass Sie diesen schönen Ort Ihren Gästen zu Verfügung stellen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
