6 person holiday home in Øster Assels

Cozy, older vacation home with a retro atmosphere. Built in 1981, this traditional vacation home has been well maintained, with most of the original retro furnishings preserved. Nevertheless, the house appears well-kept, spacious, and tidy. Inside, you will find an entrance hall, a large, modernized bathroom with a shower cubicle, a kitchen, a living and dining area, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds that cannot be pushed together. In the annex, there are two more beds that also cannot be pushed together. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, etc. There is an additional freezer. The living room has a dining and seating area for family life. There is a TV (without channel reception) with Chromecast for streaming your own providers. The natural property is spacious with plenty of room to play and relax. Enjoy the shelter of the covered terraces in front of the annex and extending from the living room. There is also a small, open shelter at one end of the garden and a fire pit. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.Please park in the driveway, as the ground can be soft. Please do not park heavy cars or motorhomes on the lawn, as they may sink into the ground. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
