In summer, a large outdoor swimming pool nearby is available for use by residents of the holiday area, making it a great spot for families with children. Inside, the house is bright and well laid out, with an open-plan kitchen and living area that naturally becomes the heart of family life. There are four bedrooms, each with two sleeping places, making the property ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The bathroom is practical and neatly fitted. For entertainment, the TV is equipped with Chromecast for streaming your own accounts, and a freezer is available in the shed outside. Outdoors, the natural plot offers plenty of room for relaxation and play. A spacious wooden terrace invites you to enjoy meals in the fresh air, while the large lawn is perfect for ball games or letting children run free. This is a comfortable, well-situated holiday home for families who want both tranquillity and easy access to Denmark’s vibrant cities. Please note: the house is not rented to youth or work groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
