The cabin includes an ensuite bathroom, 1 double beds and 1 pull out double bed, smart TV with free Wi-Fi and kitchenette containing toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, 2 ring hob and all crockery and cutlery.
The cabins also has outside seating overlooking the lake and a Firepit/BBQ.
Logs and kindling can be purchased on site for the firepit.

The place is picturesque, relaxing and family friendly.
Our stay was so relaxing, exactly what was needed and not far from York center. The wigwam and area was clean. Will definitely be back!

Lovely site with everything you could need
The site is beautiful and well maintained, the glamping pods are a good size and well equipped. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

We had a truly lovely stay at Ball Hall farm.
Close enough to York city centre to visit for the day, far enough to enjoy some peace and serenity in the countryside. We were provided with all the facilities needed for a stress free stay and the accommodation was lovely and clean

A little haven of tranquility, 5 stars
The site was so peaceful, the lakeside cabins were perfect and had everything we needed. Loved cooking our dinners on the fire pit and open grill and eating alfresco. Visited Pocklington market, York and enjoyed walks in the woodland and afternoons relaxing by the lake.

Lovely relaxing break with everything you need in the cabin.
First time visiting and we really enjoyed our stay, the cabin was spotless and had everything we need and more. Great if you want to switch off and relax. We went into York for the day which was only a 30min drive. We loved the BBQ fire pit too! Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Such a perfect picturesque, relaxing place.
Ball Hall Farm is such a beautiful place, it is so calm and relaxing with stunning views and lovely wildlife. It is wonderful sitting by the fire pit admiring the view all around. The cabins are excellent with everything you need and are ideally situated, to enjoy local walks.

Where cozy comforts meets the magic of the outdoors.
I had a fantastic stay at Ball Hall Farm. The pod was spotless and had everything that was needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful countryside setting made it feel like a true escape, yet it was only a short drive from York. Perfect mix of comfort and nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in style!

Quiet woodland getaway near a lovely village
This place was so well cared for and you could tell they cared for the property. It had everything you needed and was so incredibly peaceful. Wonderful communication and will most certainly return.Excellent value!

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, calm and surrounded by nature
The cabins are first class, private, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The site is managed with nature as a priority, focussed around the lake. We saw deer, bats, owls, heron and so many wild flowers and mushrooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very easy to access local amenities by car, all within 10-30 minutes including local shops, York, Pocklington and other tourist attractions.
Already planning our next stay and can’t wait.

This place is truly amazing, but unfortunately the weather conditions prevent us from fully enjoyin
We’ve stayed here several times and always find it amazing. However, the weather — frequent rain and strong winds — often limits how much we can enjoy the outdoor of the cabin. Adding a gazebo or a covered space, along with some privacy walls to block the wind, would make a big difference. It wouldn’t take much to make an already wonderful place even more comfortable and enjoyable year-round. We hope to see these small improvements on our next visit. Thank you!
