Located on the lower ground floor you will find a modern and fully equipped with a oven, hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast bar comfortably seats two for dining.

This thoughtfully designed two-floor apartment is both cosy and contemporary. The lower ground floor is a bright and inviting space with a sofa, armchair, coffee nest tables, and TV. The bay window offers courtyard views, perfect for unwinding with a cup of tea.
