Beautiful Two Bed Villa full of Caribbean charm. less than 5 mins walk to stunning white sand Jolly Beach. WiFi and Air Con.Deck and Balcony.

Situated on the favoured southern side of Jolly Harbour Marina residential community. Gated 24 hr security. Within easy walking distance to bars restaurants , grocery shopping and sporting facilities.


Our Villa benefits from a fully equipped, open plan kitchen, large sitting room/dining area with smartTV, unlimited wi-fi ( subject to technical availability). The refurbished first floor has Italian tiled floors, modern ensuite shower rooms and balcony to master bedroom. Simple modern furnishings throughout. Direct access via patio doors to tiled and furnished deck. Beautiful views and afternoon sunshine.

The view from the deck of 'Sleeping Indian Mountain' is my favourite!

Bed sheets and bath towels are provided for the duration of your stay. Extra housekeeping services available by request ( at cost) from management office in the centre.

The Villa is primarily our holiday home. The property is equipped as a base for an enjoyable and relaxing family or couples beach or activity holiday.

All facilities within the community we are easily accessible within a few minutes walk, golf carts are however available for rental ( subject to availability) from various vendors.

Guests can access a well stocked supermarket (with Waitrose products and familiar U.S groceries ), tennis courts, communal pool, and an open air gym and fitness suite at the Golf Course ( subject to seasonal opening).

Independent taxi drivers operate from the Commercial Centre and the bus stops at the end of the drive.

The supermarket is open 7 days a week until 9pm and the bakery is well stocked each day. There is also an easy access pharmacy.

Yacht charters, catamaran cruises are all available.There is significant investment going into The Jolly Harbour community with additional amenities being added all the time. The local agents are there to advise for any queries during your stay.

My family had a wonderful time

My family enjoyed our stay at the property. My children loved the proximity to the beach. It was nice to sit out on the back deck and enjoy morning coffee.

Nice vacation place to enjoy!

Amazing!

We have just had the most glorious time on jolly harbour! Stones throw away from the beach 5 min walk! The villa was awesome and on our return we would def use again. Easy, clean and on hot sunny afternoons a welcome retreat on the veranda with the sunbeds! We will be back and thank you for a glorious stay!

Great Villa and location

My family and I enjoyed the villa and the beautiful location. Villa was a short walk to beach, restaurant and stores. We rented a golf cart to make travel more fun. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. All restaurants were yummy and stuff very hospitable. Highly recommend.

Quiet location, 3 minutes walk to the beach.

The house was very clean. There is a good range of cooking utensils, very helpful as eating out was not a good option for us. Very comfortable bed, best sleeps ever!! Shady rear terrace overlooking the water. About 10 mins walk from main centre and pool.

Getaway to Antigua

We are family of 5 and this was our first time visiting Antigua. The property we rented was beautiful. Location is amazing. It is very close to the amazing beach, within 5 minutes walking. The view from the house is also beautiful. Everything was perfect and we are very happy with our stay. We are definitely want to come back again. August 31, 2020

Excellent condo near beach

This unit was as described in the listing. It was super comfortable and so close to a gorgeous beach. We went there nearly everyday! The Castaways bar and restaurant on the beach was fabulous as was the Crows nest restaurant on the property. Be sure to check both of those out. I highly recommend this unit!!!

Great vacation. Great villa!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jolly Harbour!. The villa was everything we had hoped for. Such a short walk to one of the best beaches we have been to. Long white sand beach and crystal clear water. The villa was perfect for two couples and had everything we needed and wanted. Short walk to the grocery store and several restaurants. And we were able to walk to other beautiful beaches . Check in and out were very easy and the villa was cleaned during our stay. Owners were very easy to deal with and very helpful. We will recommend this villa to all our friends and hope to return one day.

Unbeatable location

Great value, comfortable and clean villa in a waterside location at Jolly Harbour. Literally a couple mins stroll/golf cart from fabulous Jolly Beach, Jolly Harbour marina and restaurants, bars, facilities. For us, a perfect location. Great communications from owners, we were due to stay 2020 so was covid cancelled by 2 years. Appreciated understanding from owners and comprehensive information. Easy check in and was great having the full day on last day as ours was an evening flight. I'm sure we'll be back to beautiful Jolly Harbour! Do rent a golf cart if yiu stay here, its easy to get around and it's fun!

Fantastic Family Holiday!

We have rented this villa from June 25 to July 3, 2015 with our 2 teenage daughters and loved it! Teresa, the owner is so kind, she informed us of everthing we needed to know before getting there! The villa is close to everything, you don't need. a car, but a golf cart could be a good idea if you have to go to the grocery store. The beach is just amazingly beautiful, no words to describe it. There are plenty of activities in this area. Our friend Diane (from Canada) is renting jetskis on the beach and we had a fantastic time together! Condo is nice and clean, very comfortable with a nice tiled deck where you can have dinner and watch the sunset. We are already planning to come back to Antigua next year!

Jolly vacation

Second time to the island, stayed in a resort the first year and wanted to try a villa this time around. Teresa and Mark's villa is the ideal place for a vacation at jolly beach. The communication and personal attention given from them started the vacation off right. A slight disruption in actually trying to find the HBK rental office to check in, as it's not addressed and not well signed. The villa on the other hand is perfect. Clean, bright and comfortable with a very quick walk to the beach. Coffee on the back deck over the marina water and a 3 minute walk to the beach was a great choice for this trip. Everything worked well at the villa and the nice designed bathrooms with plenty of hot water was a great thing after a day on the beach. No problem renting here again and this time might even go for 2 weeks. It's truly a home away from home.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful waterfront villa!

My family and I just returned from a 2 week holiday in Antigua. We visit Antigua yearly and always stay in Jolly Harbour as we love the convenience of amenities on site. This trip we stayed in villa 227C. Prior to our arrival I was in contact with the owners, Teresa and Mark, numerous times. They were lovely to deal with, made sure we had all information we needed along with details on Jolly Harbour. They wanted to make sure we were completely ready for our stay. Their villa is beautiful, and you can tell they take pride in this property. All the necessities you need were available, and the villa was fully equipped and spotless! I would definitely stay at their villa again and recommend to anyone travelling to Antigua that would like a fully equipped accommodation, great location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. Thanks again, Teresa and Mark, for allowing us a wonderful stay in your villa! Great villa in lovely location

We stayed at this Villa with our two boys in February and had a great time – it is perfect for a young family. Before we left Teresa (owner) kept us informed and was very helpful, covering all details. The villa was lovely and as described. We thought the beach was superb (and we have seen a lot) and very close by to the villa and the management company were helpful and efficient. Jolly Harbour is a big complex so we would recommend hiring a golf buggy for a few days, not least to help with the shopping from the excellent on-site supermarket. The restaurants on the complex are all good with our particular favourite being Mellinis where we enjoyed two fabulous meals. We hired a car and travelled around the Island a for a few days which we would recommend, St Johns, Nelson’s Dockyard being a couple of highlights – we would also recommend a trip to Shirley Heights on a Sunday evening to enjoy the sun going down, sipping rum, whilst listening to a local reggae band.. We would dearly recommend this villa to anyone and we will be sure to return to Antigua in the future.

Piece of paradise

The villa was very nice and in the perfect location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the supermarket and local restaurants. It sits right in the marina with a mountain view. It gives you a taste of what island life would be like. All appliances are electric, not something we are used to but figured it out. Outlets are European 220V so if your from the US bring an adapter. The air conditioning units cool extremely well and the WiFi worked great. The rooms are spacious and alot of drawers and closet space as well. The rain shower was very nice except that it's a bit small and doesn't drain quickly allowing water to back up and with no door water does splash onto the floor. Overall we totally enjoyed this gem and look forward to renting again next year.

Sunshine,sand and pests!

Arrived to find a spacious and clean villa with all mod cons.This rental was our second week in Antigua having stayed North of the island the week before where we got married.There was a short walk to the beach and Castaways bar.Longer walk to the reception,pool,restaurants and other bars.Food at restaurants was very good and affordable.Pete`s steak house was our favorite restaurant.Weather was hot but cloudy with occasional showers.Beach was clean and water crystal clear.Time on beach was spoilt by a few pushy locals who would not take no for an answer,and they returned each day? Most locals were friendly and unatrusive.We thought the Jolly harbour site was secure,but a few of the local pests from the beach were found to be walking through the site at night and asked for money on more than one occasion.We did feel intimidated by this and was our only worry at the resort.The resort itself was in a great location with friendly staff and would recommend it.Our only reservation is access to the site by some of the local pests.

Sensational views of the Sleeping Indian in 227C

My husband and I spent 3 glorious weeks in villa 227C for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had the most wonderful time The villa is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and fully air conditioned throughout. There are 2 recently (and very tastefully) installed bathrooms and a separate downstairs toilet. The villa benefits from its own private mooring as well Had a really lovely 'feel' about the place - if you book this villa you will not be disappointed. There's plenty of room for a family as there are 2 bedrooms It is well positioned - really close to the supermarket and even closer to the beach (2 minute walk). The beach is jaw dropping!! Theres an OK beach bar called Castaways, not the best but nice enough, and another called Sandras which make the best rum punch in the world The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery etc...and we stayed in a couple of nights and ate in the villa, watching TV or sitting on the deck The owners were contactable at all times, both in the run up to arrival and when the water had a problem (very quickly rectified) due to a couple of hurricanes in quick succession All in all, as an overview, Antigua is pretty expensive as I'm guessing everything is imported but it was money well spent as we made some lovely memories Thank you Mark and Theresa Oh and the reason I only gave 4 stars and not 5, I wished the TV was a little bigger as I like to watch the football when my team is on! Beautiful!!

A huge thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home again. The new bathrooms and deck are fantastic and Teresa has been the perfect host, really responsive and helpful. The staff at HBK were cheerful and very helpful, also Mervyn on the beach is a great guy! We had a golf cart for our whole holiday which was really useful for getting to restaurants and looking around the beaches on the north finger, far less accessible than when we last came in 2014. We went up the small headland/ hill on the right of the bay on the cart, the views from there were spectacular and there are some amazing villas! We ate at most of the restaurants and at Miracles just off the complex. All the food was good and we enjoyed the Indian at Castaways. We had a car for the day and got lost. . . .just like the previous time!! We went on the circumnavigation of the island with Wadadali, which was a fantastic day out . The crew really looked after everyone , food and drink were in constant supply. We snorkel led on the reef and saw dolphins. We managed to get a good deal from a guy on the beach so it's definitely worth being cheeky!! In our opinion Jolly beach is the best beach on the island. It's lovely to walk in both directions but the best thing is the amazing colour of the water and the views of Montserrat. We have been to many places but we have never found anywhere, that for us, betters this. Many thanks to our hosts for allowing us to stay again. We will be back!!😎

A beautiful, relaxing contemporary villa

I went to Antigua with 3 female friends for a girlie break in the sun. The service provided by Teresa was second-to-none from start to finish. I really appreciated her warm and open nature as it felt like I knew her, which made it easy to trust that she was genuine and honest, which indeed she was, with everything (in her control) being as she said it would be (location, facilities, lay-out). We thought the villa was fantastic, we heard from the locals that not all of the holiday villas are as contemporary and nice inside. The views of the waterfront from the balcony and patio area are wonderful and relaxing. We found this great for an evening sit-down for drinks & and a chat or some quiet time alone. The kitchen has every utensil you can think of and plenty of them, which was ideal. The beach was literally a few minutes walk away and in relation to the whole complex we were one of the closest to it, which was perfect. The mosquitoes were absolutely vicious and we found that our previously successful methods from other trips proved ineffective. There is only ONE OPTION- BUY 'BUG OFF' from the supermarket on the complex! We felt that the cleaners generally could have been a little more thorough as the sheets were changed once during our 10-day stay and there were a couple of occasions where pre-existing marks still remained after cleaning. Having said this, the air-conditioning means you don't have the heat inside that you do outside, so the well-built villa remains cool and bug free, as opposed to sweaty and bug infested. So, we are NOT talking major cleanliness issues here, and of course, these were marks created by us so it wasn't an issue, but we felt it important to highlight so that the management company can be informed. We recognised that this was not related to the service provided by Teresa and Mark as-such, as it was not within their control, but instead that of the management company. The staff at reception were absolutely fantastic and were very keen to assist us, including providing adaptors (the hair dryer has an American plug) and general guidance about the island. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and family and will do so if the opportunity arises. I would also definitely contact Teresa to see if the villa was available if I was visiting Antigua again. When we were booking, we had a difficult time trying to decide which villa to opt for and as someone who has been there, I would say go for this one!

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and our son and I, spent two wonderful weeks at Teresa's Villa. Teresa was very responsive from the beginning making our arrival stress free. This was our first time renting a villa and we were very pleased with the whole set up. We paid USD 24 from the airport to Jolly Harbour (HBK office). HBK manages the villa for Teresa and they made our stay extremely comfortable. We arrived before our check-in time and they stored our luggage while the villa was getting ready. Later, they dropped us to the villa in their car with our luggage. Their office is open 7 days a week which I thought was quite amazing. They send the housekeeping staff twice a week (Mondays and Fridays while we were there). The first week, my husband was around so we rented a car from Pineapple travels. We had no problem driving around the island. It's safe and we were comfortable. We used google maps to get everywhere. They were recommended by HBK and offer very good rates. The second week while my husband away for work, I rented a golf cart to go around Jolly Harbour and I do recommend renting one if you do not have any other mode of transport. Jolly Harbour is a big township and to go places on foot in the Aril/May heat can really tire you. It also did rain very often while we were there. Our son, who is almost 3 years old, loved the golf cart. HBK gives towels for pool/beach use against a deposit of USD 25 per towel. You can exchange the towel whenever you need a fresh one. We also got a portable phone from them against a deposit of USD 50 and found it useful to contact them. The villa has amazing views from the deck and the upstairs balcony. It's very peaceful. The Jolly beach is very beautiful and a short walk away.The sun loungers for villa residents are free but check with Castaways restaurant at the beach which ones are free to use. We cooked quite a bit during our stay and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had no issues during our stay except an AC leakage which was promptly fixed by HBK. The supermarket is also well stocked and open everyday till 9pm. There are a number of restaurants in Jolly harbour but it can get expensive to eat out. I am vegetarian so this didn't work for me but for affordable meals if you have no restrictions, the supermarket and Linda's cafe next to Burton's laundry in Jolly Harbour looked like good options. Worth the cost.

We stayed at this Villa for 10 days in March. My husband and I vacation in the Caribbean once or twice a year. We normally rent villas on all of our vacations. This was the first time that we rented this villa. This villa was definitely a good deal. The price for the accommodations is well worth it. The villa is situated in a vacation complex which is convenient. The beach is a short walk from the villa. The beach is beautiful and is definitely an asset to the villa. Castaways restaurant at the beach is a nice restaurant and very close to the villa. The villa has 2 bedrooms each with a small shower bathroom and good size closets. Each bedroom has a remotely controlled air conditioning unit. As another viewer wrote, there are no alarm clocks in the bedrooms, so if that is a necessity to you, bring a travel alarm when you visit. The kitchen is quite small, but has the necessary equipment for a short vacation. The living room opens out to a small deck that is right on the water. The living room has a color television equipped with cable network as well as a DVD player. The villa is also equipped with a telephone for local calls. The outside deck does have two lounge chairs and a small plastic table with 4 chairs. There were things that the villa didn’t have that are stated in the Accommodation and Amenities section on this Home Away web page. There is no free broadband in the villa as the website suggests. Be sure to read the NOTES section of the website. (This note about the internet access was added long after we booked our vacation) The free internet access would be at the registers office which is a long walk away. If you want internet access in the villa, you will need to buy the access from the local Radio Shack. That will cost $45 (USD) per week, or $75 (USD) for a month of access. The bathrooms are very dated and are NOT refurbished as stated. The only thing that is new in the bathroom is the shower curtain. The villa itself isn’t the cleanest compared to other villas that we have stayed at. . The villa’s cleaning and linens are provided by Jolly Harbour management. The complex itself is dated and worn. The casino on the complex is closed and appears to have been for a while. The Indian restaurant, Saffron, is also closed. It appears that Jolly Harbour is feeling a pinch from the global recession. This villa is very basic. Overall, our villa stay was satisfactory and well worth the price.

Our property is very comfortable, beautifully maintained (and with lovely modern bathrooms), it has retained its original island charm and we price it accordingly to make it accessible to you. Many other villas on Jolly Harbour are now prohibitively priced.
